LOCAL
CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMS
Since 1993 Group MOST has developed 5 training programs on conflict
transformation and organizational development and conducted more then
20 projects aimed at introducing those skills to the NGO activists,
university students, union, media and political party members and
thus pursue local capacity building for peaceful democratic changes
in Serbia and Montenegro. The training programs are covering following
areas:
- Communication and Conflict Management
- Dialogue and Negotiation
- Multiculturalism and Interethnic Dialogue
- Facilitation and Mediation
- NGO Management and Cooperation
