GOOD-WILL CLASSROOM (GWC) is multi-level school program for constructive conflict resolution developed in 1995 by the Group MOST team of authors. The GWC program is offering: basic program of workshops for primary and secondary school children, in-service training for teachers and four-level training of trainers program, supported by teachers? manual (3 volumes) and training packages. Over the time, through more than 50 basic seminars and more than a thousand training hours, 1250 teachers, psychologists and pedagogues have been trained to facilitate workshops with approximately 30.000 students. The team of trainers consists of 18 psychologists from Group MOST, and 32 additional local trainers, working in schools in Serbia, were trained and led through all the phases of the supervision process.
