WORK EXPERIENCE:

Open Society Institute - Education Support Program, Budapest
- Providing technical assistance to national foundations and spin-offs on strategy development and program implementation planning (South East Europe, Caucasus)
- Liaising with partner institutions on developing individual and institutional capacities in citizenship education
- Networking - Supporting Central Asian Educational Cooperation Network in building and further strengthening regional cooperation and in facilitating technical assistance and expertise on various education reform issues from other countries in the region;
- facilitating transfer and exchange of practices between ESP "traditional" and new countries.
- Overseeing the production of Resource Packs on Education Policy, Drop Outs and Private Tutoring monitoring projects.
2001 - 2005
